Program Evaluation and Development Workshop
Program evaluation is about understanding 1) your clients, 2) the structure and activities of your programs and services, 3) your goals, and 4) whether or not those goals are being met. This workshop will teach you what it takes to develop and evaluate your programs and services. During this training workshop, you will learn key strategies to better understand and articulate your programs and activities. Further, you will acquire the skills to communicate efficiently about the evaluation process.
